About these termsThese terms apply when you buy from the VELNUZ online store at www.velnuz.com, operated by VELNUZ GLOBAL PTE. LTD., 139 Cecil Street #03-20, YSY Building, Singapore 069539 ("VELNUZ", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy and our Delivery & Returns page.

ProductsWe describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Small differences in colour may occur on different screens.

Prices and currencies• Prices are shown in the currency of your country where our site is available in your language; otherwise in US dollars.
• Prices in currencies other than Singapore dollars are set by us at fixed exchange rates and may change. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order.
• You are charged in the currency shown. Your bank or card issuer may add its own foreign transaction fees.
• Import duties and local taxes for deliveries outside Singapore may be charged by customs in your country on delivery and are paid by the recipient, unless checkout states otherwise.

Placing an orderYour order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price was clearly shown in error, or we suspect fraud — and we will refund anything you have paid in full.

PaymentPayments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. Your payment is authorised when you place the order and captured when we dispatch it.

DeliveryWe ship worldwide with tracking. Delivery options, costs and estimated times for your country are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

ReturnsYou can return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, as described on our Delivery & Returns page. This does not affect any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

Quality guaranteeEvery VELNUZ product carries a 6-month quality guarantee against manufacturing defects under normal use. Normal wear and tear from play — such as broken strings, worn grips or scuffed frames — is not a defect.

Your accountKeep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

ReviewsReviews must be honest, about your own experience and free of offensive or unlawful content. We may moderate or remove reviews that break these rules. We never publish fake reviews or ratings.

Our liabilityWe are responsible for loss that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Governing lawThese terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and may bring a claim in your local courts.
