Is there a minimum order?Team pricing starts from 6 items in one order. Custom team kit starts from 10 pieces per design.
Can we mix products and sizes?Yes. All VELNUZ products count towards your tier, and you can mix sizes and colours freely.
Can we try sizes before ordering?For orders of 20+ items, we can lend your club a size set to try before you confirm.
Do team discounts combine with other promotions?Team pricing can't be combined with other discounts or promotional codes. We'll always apply whichever saves you more.
How long does it take?Stock items ship within 1–2 business days. Custom team kit takes 3–4 weeks from mockup approval. Need it sooner? Tell us your deadline and we'll do our best.
What about returns?Stock items follow our standard 14-day returns policy. Custom and personalised items can't be returned unless they're faulty, so we'll confirm every detail with you before production.
